我厂管件生产的退火工艺时间长,能耗大,质量不稳,且效率低。经多次生产性试验证明:铁素体可锻铸铁的快速退火的关键问题,在于对高温温度、高温时间、低温时间及含硅量的控制,获得了济玛铁素体可锻铸铁快速退火工艺。该工艺与旧退火工艺、锌气氛退火工艺、国内外先进退火工艺的比较见表1。由比较可以得出以下结论,锌气氛退
