本文应用化学发光(CL)方法体外检测了39例海洛因依赖者多形核白细胞(PMN)的化学发光的变化,结果表明:海洛因滥用者治疗前PMN的CL值,未被OZ刺激积分面积为22.1±s8.02(×104cps/106WBC),经脱毒治疗8-12d后为15.36±s5.61(×104cps/106WBC),较脱毒前有所降低(P<0.05);经OZ刺激后积分面积为315.6±s94.5(×104cps/106WBC),脱毒8-12d后明显降低为176.2±s93.9(×104cps/106WBC)(P<0.01)。提示:经脱毒治疗后外周血PMN的自由基有明显变化。同时观察了PMN-CL在男女性别之间,与毒品滥用方式(烫吸与注射)、时间(>18月与<18月)及滥用量(>1.0g与<1.0g)的关系,未发现其有明显差异。
Chemiluminescence (CL) was used to detect the chemiluminescence changes of 39 cases of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) of heroin addicts in vitro. The results showed that the CL value of PMN before heroin abuse treatment was not increased by 22% (± 104cps / 106WBC) after detoxification treatment and 15.36 ± s5.61 (× 104cps / 106WBC) after detoxification treatment for 8-12 days (P <0.05) (P <0.01). The integral area after stimulation by OZ was 315.6 ± s94.5 (× 104cps / 106WBC) and was significantly reduced to 176.2 ± s93.9 (× 104cps / 106WBC) after 8-12 days ). Tip: after detoxification of free radicals in peripheral blood PMN significant changes. At the same time, we observed the relationship between PMN-CL and gender, drug abuse patterns (hot aspiration and injection), time (> 18 months and <18 months) and abuse (> 1.0g and <1.0g) No significant difference was found.
