在76年6～11月利用1~#高炉大修的间隙对槽下上料设备进行了彻底改造。取消了行车、称量车,撤除了信号室,代之以链板机、皮带机、电动翻板、电子称,实现了远距离集中控制操作。把操作工人从繁重的体力劳动和粉尘环境中解放出来,人工操作全部改成电动操作,大大减轻了劳动强度,改善了劳动条件。操作岗位由四个减少到一个,操作工人由原来每班10人减少为每班五人。并为实现全部自动化奠定了基础。现将槽下上料系统
