分析了ZDM-100L型振动磨激振器用轴承的受力特点,提出支撑偏心轴的轴承应选用能承受较大径向力的圆柱滚子轴承和径向游隙大的E级精度的轴承,保持架要用质量小的尼龙材料,轴向窜动量要足够。轴承外圈与支架座孔之间需采用较紧的过渡配合,内圈与轴之间应采用较松的过渡配合。
The bearing characteristics of the ZDM-100L vibration mill vibration exciter are analyzed. It is suggested that the bearings supporting the eccentric shaft should be cylindrical roller bearings with large radial force and E-grade bearings with large radial clearance. Cage to use a small amount of quality nylon material, the amount of axial play should be enough. Tight transition fit between bearing outer ring and bracket seat bore shall be used. Loose transition fit between inner ring and shaft shall be adopted.
