岁末将至的长三角显得格外地闹腾。日前,江苏省的盐城、淮安,浙江省的金华、衢州,安徽省的合肥、马鞍山6城市不约而同地向长江三角洲城市经济协调会正式递交入会申请,力陈各自成为长三角合作组织成员的合理性和必要性,虽然就地理概念而言,它们与长三角根本沾不上边。江苏省淮安市一位负责人说:“别看我们的城市名字中带有‘淮’字,其实我们市域90%的水系属于长江,淮河水只有10%。‘脱淮入长’,融入长三角是淮安人民的期盼。”安徽省会合肥虽然在地缘上与长江连边都靠不上,但这座淮河支流淝水边、身近中原的城市,也决计非与长三角为伍不可。其言也凿凿,其情也切切。 盐城等6城市还只是一批欲投入长三角合作组织怀抱的华东城市的“急先锋”。“泛”还是不“泛”?这是眼下长三角必须直面的大命题。
