缓进给磨削具有磨削进给量小、切深大的特点。与常规往复式磨削相比,它有磨削力小、砂轮型面保持性好、磨削效率高及特别适用于难加工材料等优点。但在缓进给磨削中,砂轮与工件的接触弧长要比往复式磨削高出10倍以上。因此,磨削区的冷却在缓进给磨削中就显得特别重要。这里介绍一种新型的、具有内冷却系统的缓进给磨削砂轮。
