教师专业化是教师自身以一个合理的知识结构作为支撑,其中包括的不仅仅是专业结构,还有对教学经验的实践研究。专业之路的合理发展,它所要具备的就是教师的专业素养、教学升华研究、教师交流学习、针对历史教学的总结和改变。而教师的专业成长正是通过上述的总结,教师自身做到自我认识、自我升华、自我反思,将自我和教学相结合,完成专业化程度的蒸蒸日上。
