针对任楼煤矿首个提高回采上限工作面回采过程中发生的突水、溃砂事故,从覆岩结构、矿压显现、支架阻力等角度,对突水溃砂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,风巷顶板破坏并沿巷帮发生失稳导致顶板侧向支承结构消失,周期来压期间覆岩整体破断时支架阻力不足、支护不及时而导致覆岩砌体梁结构失稳、端面漏冒加剧,进而造成严重突水溃砂。在后期的复采过程中,提高支架阻力、修复变形严重的风巷、改变巷道支护形式、完善排水系统以及加强工作面支护管理是防范突水溃砂的主要手段。
Aiming at the first water inrush and collapse accident occurred during the process of mining in the upper limit mining face in Renlou Coal Mine, the reasons of water inrush and sand collapse were analyzed from the aspects of overburden rock structure, rock pressure and stand resistance. The results show that the failure of the roof of the wind tunnel and the instability of the roadway lead to the disappearance of the lateral support structure of the roof. The resistance of the support is insufficient when the overlying rock is broken in the cycle, Face leakage increased, resulting in serious water bursting collapse. In the later recovery process, the main means to prevent water inrush and collapse is to increase the resistance of the supports, repair the airways with serious deformation, change the form of roadway support, improve the drainage system and strengthen the support and management of caving face.
