黑瞎子岛也叫抚远三角洲,在黑龙江省抚远县城以东11公里、俄罗斯远东第一大城市哈巴罗夫斯克市以西1500米处,面积300多平方公里,大约是香港的三分之一、澳门的12倍、珍宝岛的500倍。2008年10月14日,黑瞎子岛回归中国171平方公里。黑瞎子岛是原始生态的岛屿、江海联运的深水良港,也是我国距离太平洋最近的地方。这里有中华鲟的近亲鲟鱼科的鳍鲤鱼和鳇鱼等数10种名贵淡水鱼种和珍稀动植物。驻守在这里的黑龙江佳木斯边防支队抚远边防大队官兵几十年如一日,将边境和谐与生态和谐作为自己戍边奋斗的方向,用血汗和青春,守护着黑瞎子岛独特的魅力。 Black blind island is also called the Fuyuan Delta, 11 kilometers east of Fuyuan County in Heilongjiang Province, 1500 meters west of Khabarovsk, the largest city in the Far East of Russia, covering an area of ​​over 300 square kilometers, about one third of Hong Kong 12 times in Macau and 500 times in Treasure Island.
