1.火焰加热拆卸气缸盖 BJ2020吉普车气缸盖因长期未拆卸或因装配时扭力不当,使缸盖螺孔变小,导致气缸盖螺栓与气缸盖连成一体,难以拆卸。 拆卸方法: 1)将少许汽油沿气缸盖螺杆浸入。再拆下进、排气歧管,用气焊火焰对准紧靠螺杆处的气缸盖加热,直到螺杆缝隙处冒出氧化物燃烧的火苗,待火苗自行熄灭后再加热3s,然后自然冷却。
