目的:探讨在护理基本技能教学中行为导向教学法与传统教学法对教学质量的影响。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,在潮州卫校三年制护理中专班中抽取两个班分别为试验组和对照组。在护理基本技能教学中,试验组采用行为导向教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,干预后采用护理操作技能考核、问卷调查,分别比较两组差异,所有数据采用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计分析。结果:干预后试验组护理操作技能考核成绩、护生对教学法的评价显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:行为导向教学法能较好地适应社会发展趋势,有利于护生建立终身学习的理念,有利于提高护生的综合素质和职业能力。
Objective: To explore the influence of behavior-oriented pedagogy and traditional pedagogy on teaching quality in nursing basic skills teaching. Methods: A convenient sampling method was used to select two classes of experimental class and control group respectively in the three-year nursing secondary school in Chaozhou. In the teaching of nursing basic skills, the experimental group adopted the behavior-oriented teaching method, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the nursing operation skill assessment and questionnaire survey after intervention, and the differences between the two groups were compared respectively. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software. Results: After the intervention, the test scores of nursing skills and test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Behavior-based pedagogy can better adapt to the trend of social development, help nurses to establish the concept of lifelong learning, and help to improve the overall quality and professional ability of nursing students.
