This article shows the internal and external causes of the outflow of ancient Chinese literature at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, revealing the fact that the ancient civilization in our country was plundered outside. I hope this article will awaken people’s awareness and make the contribution that the progenitors of the Yellow Emperor once again make to the return of their national treasure.
