目的:观察实脾固肾化瘀方对阿霉素肾病大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组和蒙诺组。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠采用静脉注射阿霉素复制阿霉素肾病大鼠模型。造模后2周后,治疗组予实脾固肾化瘀方浸膏,蒙诺组予福辛普利溶液,正常组和模型组予生理盐水。干预45d后,处死大鼠取腹主动脉血,观察各组大鼠血清SOD、MDA、T-AOC、NO、NOS水平变化。结果:治疗组大鼠血清MDA水平较模型组明显降低(P<0.05),SOD、NO、NOS水平较模型组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),T-AOC水平与模型组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:实脾固肾化瘀方可抑制阿霉素肾病大鼠脂质过氧化的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of spleen-gushen-huayu recipe on lipid peroxidation in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group and Monroe group. In addition to the normal group, the rest of the rats in each group using intravenous doxorubicin replication adriamycin nephropathy rat model. Two weeks after the model was established, the treatment group was treated with spleen, kidney and blood stasis extract, Monopril group with fosinopril solution, normal group and model group with normal saline. After intervention for 45 days, the abdominal aorta blood was sacrificed and the changes of serum SOD, MDA, T-AOC, NO and NOS in each group were observed. Results: The level of serum MDA in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.05), while the levels of SOD, NO and NOS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the untreated group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Statistical difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Gushen Huayu Decoction can inhibit lipid peroxidation in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy.
