目前我国房地产价格泡沫正在加剧累积,严重影响了房地产市场的健康发展,我们应该汲取20世纪80年代日本房地产泡沫的教训,避免重蹈覆辙。本文提出了判断房地产价格泡沫的指标并对我国房地产市场进行了具体测算,分析了目前房地产价格泡沫对我国房地产市场运行的危害,提出了抑制房地产价格泡沫进一步扩大的措施。
At present, the real estate price bubble in our country is exacerbating and accumulating, seriously affecting the healthy development of the real estate market. We should draw lessons from the Japanese real estate bubble in the 1980s to avoid repeating the same mistakes. This paper puts forward the index to judge the real estate price bubble and makes a concrete estimation of the real estate market in our country. It analyzes the harm of the current real estate price bubble on the real estate market in our country and puts forward some measures to curb the further expansion of the real estate price bubble.
