建设“双师型”教师队伍是高职院校师资队伍建设的一项重要内容,工程类院校在“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中应当有自己的特点。但究竟什么是“双师型”教师,尤其是工程类院校对“双师型”教师的内涵界定还很模糊,本文就“双师型”教师的内涵界定及认识上存在的一些误解进行了一些探讨,并以土木类教师为例,做了一些相关方面的研究。
