超低碳贝氏体钢是具有高强度高韧性的新型钢种，它的合金元素含量少，含碳量又低，具有较好的焊接性能。采用插销试验研究了ＤＢ５９０钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性，同时用扫描电镜分析该钢插销试样的冷裂纹断口形貌。试验表明该钢具有优良的抗冷裂性能。
Ultra-low carbon bainitic steels are new types of steels with high strength and high toughness. Their alloying elements have low content of carbon, low carbon content and good weldability. The pinch test was used to study the cold crack susceptibility of DB590 steel, and the cold crack fracture morphology of the steel pin specimen was analyzed by SEM. Tests show that the steel has excellent cold cracking resistance.
