中小学信息化的发展为各学校打下了坚实的硬件基础,但基于网络环境下的教育资源建设与应用却显落后,建设符合学校教学特色的教学资源是极其重要和迫切的,网络教学资源建设已成为实施现代化教学和教育教学资源共享的必备条件。但目前并没有形成适合于中国中小学现状的指导性理论成果,包括网络环境的建设,资源的收集与整合,资源的有效应用和绩效评价都没有切合实际的规范性标准及合理有效的解决方案,最终形成“有网络无资源,有资源无应用”的局面,造成网络环境的重复建设和网络资源的浪费。本文将就笔者所熟悉的高中物理教育资源在校园网环境下的建设与应用研究做一实践和探讨。
