1 General Description Guangdong Institute is one of the first comprehensive engineering survey, design, research and development and consulting units established in China. Since 1980, Guangdong Institute of Self-financing, Self-financing, Enterprise-wide Management, Deputy departmental level, business services institutions, is faced with the transformation of the restructuring of the survey and design units. 1.1 Team Size Guangdong Hospital currently has 2,621 employees. In terms of organizational structure, there are 69 second-level agencies in the institute, including 7 functional departments,
