脑梗塞的治疗、目前虽有很多方法,但都不够理想,尚有待于探讨更完善的治疗方法.我们在脑手术时,暂时性中断输入与输出血管、进行所谓“无血”手术操作.在脑血管中断后产生脑缺血时,就抑制脑梗塞的一些问题,研究了各种实验.发现颅内降压剂甘露醇能有效地抑制脑梗塞,这方面实验和临床的报告已发表.其后,人工血液过氟化学制剂Perfluorochemicale(简称FC)的运用,其所具有的运输氧和微细粒子的特性,受到人们的重视.在动物实验的脑梗塞治疗时,甘露醇与FC合并使用,与上二药分别单独使用时相比较,发现具有明显的脑梗塞抑制作用.本文论述了对于脑缺血时的脑电、血流再通时
