为探讨氟铝联合对大脑神经细胞的毒作用,本研究采用无血清体外细胞培养方法,观察氟铝对人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育及形态学的影响。结果显示高剂量铝可以抑制大脑神经细胞的生长发育,引起大脑神经细胞超微结构的损害,表现为各种膜结构的损害及神经微丝微管排列紊乱。在研究剂量范围,加入不同剂量的氟并未对铝的损伤作用产生明显的影响,说明研究剂量的铝氟不存在拮抗或协同作用。
In order to explore the toxic effect of fluoride and aluminum combined on cerebral nerve cells, this study used serum-free in vitro cell culture method to observe the effect of fluoride and aluminum on the growth and morphology of human embryonic brain neurons. The results showed that high-dose aluminum can inhibit the growth and development of cerebral neurons, causing damage to the ultrastructure of the brain neurons, showing the damage of various membrane structures and the disorder of arrangement of the neurofilament microtubules. In the study dose range, the addition of different doses of fluorine did not have a significant impact on the role of aluminum damage, indicating that the study dose of aluminum fluoride does not antagonize or synergistic effect.
