为了可以对建设工程施工管理工作水平做出一定程度的保证,促使工程经济效益水平得到一定程度的提升,针对工程造价展开的监督管理工作的力度是应当得到一定程度的提升,因为以往我国工程造价管理领域中浮现出来的问题比较多,因此想要对工程造价形成有效的控制是比较困难的一件事情,但是在对BIM技术加以一定的应用,是可以在建设工程造价管理工作进行的过程中提供一定的技术支持。笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对BIM技术在造价管理领域中得到的应用进行分析,与此同时而已对造价控制管理工作进行的过程中应当施行的过程中进行分析,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行研究的时候起到一定程度的节俭性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中做出一定的贡献。
