据国际能源署13日公布的预测显示,中国石油需求增长将占今明两年世界石油需求增长的三分之一,预计2004年中国将取代日本,成为仅次于美国的世界第二大石油消费国。国际能源署称,除非中国经济增长放缓,否则它还将提高中国的石油需求预期。据估计,我国石油进口今年将有可能突破8000万吨。今年国内原油进口已经突破7000万吨,比去年全年进口6700万吨多出300万吨,而且进口量将继续攀升。
