干旱是灌区防御的最主要灾害,为提高水利工程的抗旱能力,最大程度地减少旱灾损失,各灌区都结合灌区的抗旱能力,制订了有针对性和操作性的抗旱应急预案。文章通过对昭平台灌区34年的灌溉情况和水库蓄水情况统计分析,划分了昭平台灌区抗旱应急等级,提出了水库灌区抗旱应急等级由灌区干旱程度和水库工程缺水程度综合确定的观点。
Drought is the most important disaster prevention in irrigation area. In order to improve drought resistance capacity of water conservancy project and minimize drought loss, irrigated areas are all irrespective of their ability to resist drought and formulated targeted and operational drought emergency plans. Based on the statistical analysis of 34 years of irrigation and reservoir water storage in Zhaopingtai Irrigation Area, the article classifies the emergency response level of Zhaopingtai irrigated area and puts forward the suggestion that the emergency response level of reservoir irrigated area is determined synthetically by the degree of drought in the irrigated area and the degree of water shortage in reservoir engineering.
