省水利厅:你厅《关于要求批准漳州市南一水库提高汛限水位的请示》(闽水[2003]水管24号)文悉。根据《福建省防洪条例》有关规定,经研究,批复如下:一、原则同意你厅意见,漳州市南一水库的讯期水位由原设计的291.60米高程提高到296.50米高程。2003年汛期水位暂按295.50米高程限制运行,以后视水库调度运行情况逐步提高到汛限296.50米高程运行。二、你厅要按照《福建省防洪条例》等有关规定的要求,切实加强对南一水库汛限水位调整后调度运行的指导。三、漳州市水利局和南一水库管理局要按照《漳州市南一水库汛限水位修编报告审查意见》确定的洪水调度原则和规则,严格执行提高汛限水位方案,不断提高水库调度的技术水平,充分发挥水库工程的效益,保障下游地区人民群众的生命财产安全以及国民经济和社会事业的顺利发展。
