新疆美术家协会华夏艺术馆是由新疆美术家协会和万隆达集团公司联合筹建的综合性艺术展馆,于2010年6月3日建成使用。中国文联副主席、中国美术家协会主席刘大为亲自题写馆名,中国美协理事、新疆美术家协会主席邓维东书写开馆前言。中国文联书记处书记、中国文联副主席冯远,中国文联副主席、中国美术家协会主席刘大为,中国美协分党组书记、常务副主席吴长江,及由中国美术界60余位著名美术家组成的赴新疆写生团全体成员亲临艺术馆参观、指导工作,并为艺术馆开业剪彩。华夏艺术馆坐落于乌鲁木齐市新市区鲤鱼山路,建筑使用面积3000多平方米,二楼为书画展览
