笔者针对学生受应试教育影响,不愿甚至反感参加体育训练的情况,采用创新的思路,通过教师感化,德育渗透,教育刺激等生活化、多元化的体育路径来“清除”学生的心理垃圾,转换学生体育训练的观念,进而变被动为主动,变消极为积极,使学校课余体育训练工作顺利而有效地开展。
