November 15, 1983 to 19 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center held an international exchange of metal surface treatment technology. It is jointly organized by Shanghai Foreign Trade Corporation Import Department, Shanghai Advertising Company and Hong Kong Trade Promotion Company.
