通过对我国参加第23、24两届奥运会的379名选手多年训练全过程基本情况进行的调查分析，研究了我国奥运选手成才过程各阶段的界点年龄及总体和阶段的年限特征。据而得知，我国男女奥运选手成才期一般需要7～14a的时间，并具有明显的项群特征及专项特征；各阶段模糊年限比为3：4：3；体操、跳水、游泳选手的各界点年龄较小，而射击、自行车最大。研究建立的各阶段界点年龄模型以及各阶段模糊年限比，可为我国培养奥运选手的选材、训练、管理工作中进行时间特征分析，提供客观的参照标准。
Through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the 379 athletes participating in the 23rd and 24th Olympic Games in the whole process of multi-year training, this paper studies the age of the boundary points and the characteristics of the years in the whole and in the stages of the process of talent success.
