第三节案例分析:以自主创新推动西部农业优化升级西部地区地域辽阔,幅员面积约685万平方公里,占全国总面积的71.4%:2004年末总人口约3.72亿人,约占全国总人口的29%,其中少数民族人口超过全国少数民族人口的一半。从产业结构来看,农业的产值在西部地区的国内生产总值中占据相当大的比重;自从业人口来看,西部地区的农民也占据了更多的比重;就空间布局来看,西部地区的农村面积远远大于城市面积。
Section 3 Case Study: Promoting the Optimization and Upgrading of Agriculture in Western China with Independent Innovation The area in the western part of China covers an area of about 6,850,000 square kilometers, accounting for 71.4% of the total area of the country.
