针对青少年思想道德建设面临的严峻挑战,为把油娃培养成有高尚道德情操、有责任心、有正义感、有奉献精神,热爱党、跟党走的人,在党的十八大召开之年里,沈阳油田抓住历史机遇,由关工委牵头,与学校、社区、企业单位、家长共同联手,形成合力,大力用社会主义核心价值体系教育引导青少年,让兴国之魂在油娃心中扎根。以《学雷锋、心向党、讲文明、见行动》主题教育实践活动为抓手,组织开展了迎接十八大、献礼十八大、喜庆十八大、学习十八大系列活动。有力促进了油娃按照党的要求健康成长,极大地提高了大家知党、信党、爱党、永远跟党走的坚定信念。
