根据作者的经验,在注水设施上,似乎没有一种滤器是合算的。调查大量的注水过滤装置表明,注入水在未经过滤之前,就具备了较好的水质。本章准备充分解释过滤器的故障,并提出使用过滤器的一些条件。关于压力滤器及其运行状况和应注意的问题,很多资料已有说明,这里就不再重复了。在油田滤器装置的设计上,可利用的参数虽然已做了说明,但是滤器最适宜的使用范围并没有给出。不采取混凝和沉淀而单纯用过滤来除掉悬浮物和油是不太合理的。造价很高的压力滤器虽然安装得很好,但实际运行往往是失败的。很明显,把含有细小而分散的固体颗粒和油珠的水注入油层是不太合适的。这就提出了过滤问题。除了过滤是找不到直接、经济的有效解决办法的。通常采用的石英砂滤
