目的:利用Wistar大鼠实验探讨补充L-Arg对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:观察补充L-Arg对体液免疫、细胞免疫功能,血、尿NOx~-水平以及脾脏形态学的影响,以及L-Arg对免疫抑制状态的调节作用。结果:一定剂量的L-Arg能够增强B细胞介导的体液免疫功能;对于体外培养的具有亲代B细胞活性的小鼠杂交瘤细胞株分泌功能无促进作用;不影响正常小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化功能;增强T细胞介导的Ⅳ型超敏反应;促进脾脏的免疫功能和淋巴小结增生;增加体内NO产生但不会造成NO及其代谢产物的蓄积。结论:补充一定剂量的L-Arg具有免疫增强作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of L-Arg supplementation on immune function in Wistar rats. Methods: The effects of L-Arg supplementation on humoral immunity, cellular immune function, blood and urine NOX - level and spleen morphology were observed, and the regulatory effect of L-Arg on immunosuppressive state was observed. Results: A dose of L-Arg could enhance B cell-mediated humoral immune function. It did not promote the secretory function of murine hybridoma cells with parental B cell activity cultured in vitro. It did not affect T lymphocytes of normal mice Transforming function; enhance T-cell mediated type IV hypersensitivity; promote immune function of the spleen and lymph node proliferation; increased NO production but does not cause the accumulation of NO and its metabolites. Conclusion: L-Arg supplemented with a dose of immune enhancement.
