铅对女性生殖系统的影响,近年来国内外研究的资料较多,本文仅将手头的资料作一个粗略的总结,以供参考。一、影响内分泌的调节功能 Weibe等用雌鼠作了两次实验,第一次于交配前用铅处理,测得产后21天子宫雌二醇受体亲和力显著增加,但其受体量无变化;于怀孕第7天用铅处理至150天,测得子代鼠子宫每毫克蛋白质的雌二醇受体大约减少35%(P<0.05):同时也测得亲代鼠铅处理35~150天组子宫雌二醇受体量显著减少,受体亲和力显著增加(P<0.01)。表明铅可改变青春期前和成鼠子宫雌二醇受体量和亲和力。第二次用铅处理妊娠前或妊娠及哺乳期的雌鼠至断奶
