本文着重介绍了分离式热管换热器的结构特点及工作原理,并对其管内的流动状态及管内的传热特性进行了研究。在此基础上,提出了管内液膜干枯是分离式热管常遇到的主要传热极限,并给出了合理充液量的计算程序框图。对分离式热管换热器的启动性能、传输功率及阻力特性也进行了试验分析。同时阐述了分离式热管换热器设计时应注意的某些问题,并针对炼铁企业中使用的各种换热设备性能做了比较。所提供的数据及计算式对分离式热管换热器的设计及应用具有一定的参考价值。
This paper focuses on the structural characteristics and working principle of the split heat pipe heat exchanger, and studies the flow conditions inside the tube and the heat transfer characteristics in the tube. On this basis, it is put forward that the liquid film in the pipe is the main heat transfer limit often encountered in the sepa- rate heat pipe, and the block diagram of the calculation procedure is given. On the separate heat pipe heat exchanger start-up performance, transmission power and resistance characteristics also conducted a test analysis. At the same time, some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the split heat pipe heat exchanger are expounded at the same time, and the performance of various heat exchangers used in the iron making enterprises is compared. The provided data and calculation formulas have certain reference value for the design and application of the separated heat pipe heat exchanger.
