使用核磁共振波谱技术测定并比较受精前后卵子中水质子的T_1值,初步探讨了造成其变化规律的原因.受精后卵子中水质子的纵向弛豫时间明显比受精前增加,而且在一定的时间范围内,随卵子与精子混合时间延长,T_1值有随之增大的趋势.从受精后卵子中总氮量减小推测细胞内水分子与含氮的极性生物大分子之间的作用减弱,这是T_1值增大的主要原因之一.
Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to determine and compare the T 1 values of proton before and after fertilization, and the reasons for the change were preliminarily discussed. The longitudinal relaxation time of water proton in the ovary after fertilization was significantly higher than that before fertilization, and at a certain time , The T_1 value tends to increase as the egg and sperm are mixed for a long time.It is deduced that the effect of intracellular water molecules and nitrogen-containing polar biomacromolecules is weakened from the decrease of total nitrogen in fertilized eggs This is one of the main reasons for the increase in T_1.
