采用机械搅拌法制备镀镍短碳纤维增强铝基复合材料,并利用扫描电镜、XRD及万能拉伸试验机对制备的复合材料进行分析。结果表明,通过搅拌使碳纤维在基体中有效分散;镍镀层发生溶解并与铝基体之间形成Al_3Ni相,可有效地阻止碳纤维与基体之间形成脆性相Al_4C_3;随着碳纤维含量的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度也增大,在碳纤维含量为5%和7%时,抗拉强度较纯铝分别提高了29%和35%,但塑性都明显下降。
The nickel-plated short carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by mechanical stirring method. The prepared composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, XRD and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that the carbon fibers are effectively dispersed in the matrix by stirring. The dissolution of the nickel coating and the formation of Al_3Ni phase with the aluminum matrix can effectively prevent the formation of the brittle phase Al_4C_3 between the carbon fibers and the matrix. With the increase of carbon fiber content, Of the tensile strength also increased, the carbon fiber content of 5% and 7%, the tensile strength of pure aluminum increased by 29% and 35%, respectively, but the plasticity decreased significantly.
