辐射对于人体的伤害是从内部细胞开始的,其会使得细胞衰亡的速度加快,并使得新细胞的生成受到一定程度的压制,甚至造成细胞的畸形,进而造成人类体内生化反应有一定程度的改变。在辐射的剂量比较低的时候,人类自身对于辐射的损伤有着一定的修复能力,可以对一些反应进行修复,不会表现出相应的症状,但辐射的剂量一旦过高,超过了人类自我修复的能力,就会引发全身或者是局部的病变。笔者就日常生活中的一些辐射污染还有相关的防护措施作出简单的论述,以期望能起到一定的帮助。
