在机械摩擦副中,往往由于导轨副不耐磨而影响机器的精度和使用寿命。我厂与陕西机械学院、陕西省塑料厂等单位合作,研制成功聚四氟乙烯基滑动导轨软带(简称F_4J软带)。它根据不同的材料配方分为F_4J_1和F_4J_2软带两种,已于1982年5月通过国家鉴定。这是一种新型的塑料基自润滑复合导轨材料,它具有低摩擦系数(静摩擦系数约为0.06)、耐磨损、自润滑、防爬行、嵌入性好和化学稳定性强等优点。软带粘接可应用于一般机床的拖板滑动导轨面上,以与铸铁床身导轨面构成配偶摩擦副,使导轨副耐磨性显著提高,寿命一般可达十年以上。一、软带的规格与性能 F_4J_1和F_4J_2软带均为车削软带,厚度在0.20~2.0mm之间,宽度在20~20mm间,长度不限,成卷
In the mechanical friction pair, often because of rail wear and affect the accuracy and service life of the machine. I plant and Shaanxi Machinery Institute, Shaanxi Province Plastics Factory and other units to develop a successful Teflon-based sliding guide soft belt (referred to as F_4J soft belt). It is divided into F_4J_1 and F_4J_2 soft belt according to different material formula, which has passed the national appraisal in May 1982. This is a new type of plastic-based self-lubricating composite rail material, which has the advantages of low coefficient of friction (static friction coefficient of about 0.06), wear resistance, self lubrication, anti creeping, good embeddability and chemical stability. Soft belt bonding can be applied to the general machine sliding plate sliding rail surface, with the cast iron bed rail surface friction surface pair of spouses, so that rail wear resistance significantly increased, life expectancy of up to 10 years.
