由中国城市规划学会主办、泉州市城乡规划局承办的“城市规划决策民主化研讨会”于7月16日在泉州召开,这是我国城市规划行业就决策民主化问题第一次进行专题研讨。与会代表认为,城市规划决策民主化是整个国家民主化进程的重要组成部分,是社会经济发展、政府体制改革对城市规划行业提出的新要求,更是推动城市规划行业发展、改善规划行业形象和城市规划学科建设的重要举措。本刊特选登会议发言的精彩片段,以飨读者(以发言先后为序,小标题为编者所加)。
The seminar on democratization of urban planning and decision-making hosted by China Institute of Urban Planning and Quanzhou Urban and Rural Planning Bureau was held on July 16 in Quanzhou. This is the first time that China's urban planning industry conducted a special discussion on the democratization of decision-making. Participants believe that the democratization of urban planning and decision-making is an important part of the democratization process of the entire country, is the social and economic development, the government system reform of the city planning industry put forward new requirements, but also promote the development of urban planning industry and improve the planning industry image and Urban Planning Discipline building important measures.
