2009年秋学期,为生存压力所迫的农村薄弱学校——滨海县獐沟中学,自发地开始了课堂教学模式改革。他们从发现学生的闪光点入手,真诚地鼓励学生,热烈地为学生的闪光点鼓掌,孜孜不倦地调动学生的学习积极性,增强学生的学习信心,提炼出了“五粮课”课堂教学模式。五年的坚持,学校办学面貌发生翻天覆地的变化,教师的专业成长驶入了快车道。课改,改变了一所学校的生存状况和发展路径。
Fall of 2009, for the survival of the poor rural schools forced pressure - Binhai County Middle School, started spontaneous classroom teaching reform.
