近代苏北盐垦公司是中国早期农业近代化的先行者,张謇创办的通海垦牧公司在其中发挥了重要的带头作用。它所实行的股份制公司的管理模式,既带有农业近代化管理的新色彩,又保留了一些传统农业的经营方式,与西方的农业近代化模式具有一定差别。苏北盐垦公司取得了积极的经营效果,也遇到种种困难和挫折,其经验教训是值得今天加以借鉴的。
Modern North Jiangsu Salt Cultivation Company is China’s early pioneer of agricultural modernization pioneer Zhang Tong Kai Tong reclamation and animal husbandry which played an important role. The management mode of the joint-stock company which it carries out not only brings the new color of modern management of agriculture, but also retains some traditional agricultural management modes, which is different from the western agricultural modernization mode. North Jiangsu Salt Company has achieved positive operating results, but also encountered various difficulties and setbacks. Its lessons are worth learning from today.
