粗果紫堇(CorydaIis trachycarpa Maxim)的石油醚及95％乙醇提取物经柱层析分得三种生物碱,经IR,~1H-NMR,~13C-NMR和MS鉴定为8-oxocorynoline(Ⅰ),(±)acetylcorynoline(Ⅱ)和(±)corynoline(Ⅲ)。
Three alkaloids were obtained by column chromatography of petroleum ether and 95% ethanol extract of CorydaIs trachycarpa Maxim. The compounds were identified as 8-oxocorynoline by IR, ~1H-NMR, ~13C-NMR and MS. ), (±) acetylcorynoline (II) and (±) corynoline (III).
