覆盖上海66%的中职学校,近三分之二的在校中职生参与,短短3年时间“星光计划”即成为了展示上海中职学生技能的第一品牌。为进一步形成重视技能的良好氛围,今年第二届“星光计划”中职学校学生技能比赛首次设立了教师比赛和展示项目,让教师从幕后走到了台前。虽然只有数控技术、汽车维修、电子技术和实用美术四个项目,虽然教师的受关注程度远没有学生高,但这一举措还是给学校和教师带来了压力和冲击,而这正是教育行政部门希望看到的。
