黔莓2号是我们2005年以章姬作母本、法兰帝作父本杂交育成的草莓新品种。果实短圆锥形,一级序果平均单果重25.2 g,最大单果重68.5 g;果实鲜红色,有光泽,种子分布均匀;果肉橙红色,肉质细,果肉韧,香味浓,风味酸甜适中;5月采收草莓果实硬度0.86 kg/cm2,1月采收草莓果实硬度1.44 kg/cm2,可溶性固形物含量10.20%~11.50%,总糖含量7.40%,可滴定酸含量0.55%,维生素C含量903.80 mg/kg;露地和保护地栽培均可,在贵州省中部,露地栽培果实成熟期4月中下旬,保护地栽培果实成熟期11月中下旬。2010年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
Qianjiang 2 is our new breed of strawberry cultivated in 2005 by Zhang Ji as female parent and Flanders as father’s hybrid. The fruit is short conical. The average fruit weight is 25.2 g and the largest single fruit weight is 68.5 g. The fruit is bright red and shiny and the seeds are evenly distributed. The flesh is orange-red with fine flesh, The harvested fruit firmness of strawberry in May was 0.86 kg / cm2. The average yield of fructose of 1 month was 1.44 kg / cm2, soluble solids content was 10.20% ~ 11.50%, total sugar content was 7.40%, titratable acid content was 0.55%, vitamin C content 903.80 mg / kg. Both open-field and protected-field cultivation can be carried out. In the middle of Guizhou Province, the maturing period of the open-field cultivated fruit is in the middle and late April of the same year.
