针对某型号岸边集装箱桥式起重机门框斜撑进行优化设计。首先应用结构拓扑优化技术,建立斜撑拓扑优化设计的模型;通过拓扑优化设计,得到三种斜撑的布置方案。然后基于斜撑的抗风振要求对斜撑进行尺寸优化,得到满足设计条件的质量最轻的优化结果。通过对优化后的斜撑结构在岸桥整机上的刚度和强度校核,验证了提出方法的有效性。
Optimized Design of Frame Bracing for a Certain Container Gantry Crane. First of all, the topology optimization technology is applied to build a model of bracing topology optimization design. Through topological optimization design, three bracing arrangements are obtained. Then the wind-induced vibration based on the bracing needs to optimize the size of the bracing to obtain the lightest quality optimization result that meets the design conditions. By checking the stiffness and strength of the optimized bracing structure on the quay crane, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
