引子在广大少先队员欢庆中华人民共和国成立和少先队建队53周年之际,全国少工委推出了一组富有个性、别具一格的少先队“特色小队”,以此来迎接党的十六大的胜利召开。这些“特色小队”集体,是相互关爱的温暖集体,充满了尊重、平等、和谱,在这里没有歧视、木然和冷漠;是人人都是主人的亲体,队员们自己的事情自己做,集体的事情大家一起做;是积极参与实践、富有特色的集体,通过活动队员们发现问题、研究问题、解决问题,获得实实在在的收获;是富有想像力、努力创造的集体,在这里显现出处处是创造之地,时时是创造之机,集体生活中充满着童趣和幻想;是追求一切美好事物的集体,队员们热爱美、欣赏美、发现美、追求美、制造美。这些“特色小队”所营造的少先队特有的文化氛围,浸透在少年儿童生话中,使少先队更具吸引力、凝聚力。少先队组织建设是少先队一切工作的根本支撑。只有队员置身其中的队组织活跃起来,才有少先队组织的整体活跃;只有少先队组织把工作的着眼点放在队员生活的集体中,才能完成少先队所肩负的任务。我们期待着更多的“特色小队”而后春笋般地涌现出来。
On the occasion of the 53rd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the establishment of the Young Pioneers by the Young Pioneers, the National Youth Work Committee launched a group of “special teams” of young pioneers who are full of personality and unique style in order to welcome the victory of the 16th National Congress of the CPC Held. The unique culture of the Young Pioneers created by these “special teams” permeates the lives of children and youth and makes the Young Pioneers more attractive and cohesive. The construction of Young Pioneers is the fundamental support for all Young Pioneers. Only the team members who live in one of the active organization, only young Pioneers organized the whole active; only the Young Pioneers focus their work on the collective life of members in order to complete the task of Young Pioneers. We look forward to more “featured teams” springing up.
