随着中国人口年龄结构的变化,中国已经进入老龄化社会,需要养老的人员越来越多,社会保障工作就尤其被人们重视。社保工作经过20多年的发展,制度不断完善,程序进一步规范,但是如今企业欠缴社会保险费,许多国有企业成为欠费大户却成为摆在我们当前的一道难题。为什么作为国民经济支柱的国企欠费还如此严重,其深层次的问题在哪里?这不得不引起我们进行深入地思考分析。
With the change in the age structure of China’s population, China has entered an aging society and more and more people need old-age care. In particular, social security work has drawn great attention. After more than 20 years of development, the system of social security has been continuously improved and the procedures have been further standardized. However, enterprises now owe social insurance premiums and many state-owned enterprises have become the major contributors to the current state of affairs. Why the state-owned enterprises that are the backbone of the national economy are so serious about paying debts? Where are their deep-seated problems? This has forced us to think deeply and analyze them.
