为了探究HRP怎样进入神经纤维、以何种方式运输到神经细胞体、在胞体内存在方式及其归宿等有争议的问题进行了本实验。光镜下实验侧神经纤维有HRP颗粒存在;神经节内有被HRP标记的节细胞;卫星细胞偶见被标记者。电镜观察发现被标记的神经纤维,其髓鞘板层和轴浆中有无膜包被的HRP颗粒,有的附着在轴浆中的有形结构上。节细胞胞质中有被标记的SER小泡、溶酶体、线粒体及髓磷脂样板层结构;节细胞的突起与间质中被标记的板层结构相连。卫星细胞内有被标记的泡状结构及成团的HRP颗粒。对照侧光镜、电镜观察无阳性所见,而与正常结构相同。
In order to explore how HRP enters nerve fibers and how it is transported to neural cell body, this experiment was carried out on controversial issues such as the way in which the cells reside and their destination. Light microscopy experimental side of the nerve fibers HRP particles exist; ganglion HRP-labeled ganglion cells; satellite cells occasionally labeled. Electron microscopy showed that there were membrane-coated HRP particles in the labeled nerve fibers, myelin sheaths and axoplasm, and some attached to the axonal pulp. Cervical cytoplasm was labeled SER vesicles, lysosomes, mitochondria and myelin-like lamellar structure; ganglion cell processes and stroma was marked in the lamellar structure connected. Satellite cells have marked bubble structure and clumps of HRP particles. Control side light microscope, electron microscopy no positive seen, but with the same structure.
