本实验用大骨节病活跃病区水粮喂养恒河幼猴,在关节软骨深层和骺板软骨的肥大层出现了多发性、灶状或带状软骨坏死。在坏死部中心继发有裂隙、囊腔形成,周围出现增生的软骨细胞团,骺板坏死部位还可见来自骨髓腔的纤维组织和血管增生、侵入等修复现象。出现了类似于人类大骨节病早期的病理改变。为进一步研究病因、发病机理提供了借鉴。
In this experiment, active wards of Kashin-Beck disease were fed with water to feed the Ganges monkeys. In the deep layers of the articular cartilage and hypertrophic layers of the epiphyseal plate cartilage, multiple, focal or zygotic cartilage necrosis appeared. Secondary necrosis in the center of a fracture, the formation of cysts around the proliferation of chondrocytes, necrosis of the epiphyseal plate can also be seen from the bone marrow cavity fibrous tissue and vascular proliferation, invasion and other repair. A pathological change similar to the early stage of human KBD occurred. It provides reference for further study of etiology and pathogenesis.
