1病历摘要男,29岁,战士。主因咳嗽、咳痰、左侧胸痛伴发热10 d于2007-03-30入院。X线胸片显示左下肺巨大肿块。胸部CT片显示:左肺纵隔旁球形肿块,密度均匀,直径约9 cm,主动脉旁可见肿大淋巴结。其他检查未发现异常。诊断为左肺癌。经术前准备,于2007-04-06在全麻下行肿瘤及左肺
1 medical record summary male, 29 years old, warrior. Mainly due to cough, sputum, left chest pain with fever 10 d in 2007-03-30 admission. X-ray showed a huge left lower lung mass. Chest CT scan showed a spherical mass near the left lung mediastinum with a uniform density of about 9 cm in diameter. Enlarged lymph nodes were seen in the aorta. Other tests found no abnormalities. Diagnosis of left lung cancer. After preoperative preparation, the tumor and left lung were performed under general anesthesia on 2007-04-06
